Description

The Seamaster Aqua Terra is a superb tribute to OMEGA’s rich maritime heritage. This 41 mm model has a symmetrical stainless-steel and 18K Moonshine™ Gold case with a screw-in caseback featuring a wave-edged design.

It has a lacquered black varnish dial with 18K Moonshine™ Gold OMEGA logo, and date window at 6 o’clock. The hands and hour markers, also in 18K Moonshine™ Gold, are filled with white Super-LumiNova which emits a blue glow.

The watch is presented on an integrated bracelet with polished central links and brushed external links and powered by OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8900, certified at the industry’s highest standard by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).

Features

• Anti-magnetic: The movement is unaffected by exposure to strong magnetic fields, even those greater than 1.5 tesla (15,000 gauss).
• Chronometer: Label given to a watch which has been successfully tested by an accredited and independent laboratory in order to receive a certificate compliant with the chronometer ISO 3159 standard.
• Date: The day of the month, displayed in a window on a watch dial at the 3 or 6 o’clock position, or within a subdial at 9 o’clock.
• Master Chronometer Certified: Guaranteeing the Swiss industry’s highest standard of precision, performance and magnetic-resistance, as set by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology (METAS).
• Screw-in crown: Self-locking crown, screwed into the tube of the case, used for highly water resistant divers’ watches.
• Time zone function: Allows the hour hand to be easily adjusted to different time zones without stopping the watch.
• Transparent caseback: A transparent caseback – frequently made of sapphire – makes it possible to see the movement inside the watch.
